Novaland selected the Northern International Group (NIG)–BSQUARE consortium as main contractor for a package of 557 low-rise homes at Phoenix North, Phoenix Island, Aqua City. Ground was broken on 27 August 2026.
BSQUARE’s objective is to control all 557 homes to the same set of standards, so that the last home in the package is built to the same quality as the first. Materials, specifications and acceptance conditions are settled before work begins, and each stage is inspected in construction sequence before the next one starts.
