BSQUARE ties supply planning to the project schedule

For developers, a low quote is not enough if products are not manufactured, delivered and installed at the right time. BSQUARE addresses this by tying supply planning to each project’s design and construction schedule.

A kitchen system delivered at the wrong time can hold up the completion of an apartment. If a product does not match the positions of water supply and drainage, power or appliances, the parties have to make adjustments, lengthening preparation time and adding cost.

That is why, beyond design and price, developers choosing a supplier need to weigh its ability to manufacture, deliver and install on time, and its responsibility after handover. BSQUARE Joint Stock Company acts as the single point of coordination for design, supply and construction, linking international partners’ manufacturing capability with delivery in Vietnam.

The Privé: production has to match installation

At the event unveiling The Privé’s new positioning on 8 September 2026, OPPEIN by BSQUARE presented its custom furnishing capability and its commitment to the project. BSQUARE and OPPEIN are delivering the built-in joinery at The Privé, including kitchens, wardrobes and vanity units.

For these packages, the production plan has to be synchronised with the construction schedule and with the moment each unit is ready for installation. BSQUARE commits to providing warranty, maintenance and after-handover support directly in Vietnam for the scope it delivers.

According to OPPEIN’s announcement of 1 September 2026, Frost & Sullivan ranked the brand first worldwide in the custom home furnishings market in 2025. For BSQUARE, the role of the single point of contact is to bring that manufacturing capability into the right design and installation plan for each project.

A quote must come with a supply schedule

Under BSQUARE’s model, cooperation begins with discussing the project’s requirements and developing a preliminary solution; only then are cost and schedule proposed. Supply capacity and site conditions are considered from the moment the design option is drawn up.

A quote should therefore come with the scope of work, product configuration, acceptance criteria and a supply schedule tied to the date each area is ready. With all of this on the table, developers can compare options on the same basis and clearly allocate responsibility between the manufacturer, the supplier and the installation team.

When the scale reaches hundreds of homes

In construction, the supply challenge arises at a larger scale. The Northern International Group (NIG)–BSQUARE consortium has been appointed by Novaland as main contractor for a package of 557 low-rise homes at Phoenix North, Aqua City, which broke ground on 27 August 2026. Resources have to be mobilised for a large volume of work while keeping schedule, safety and quality consistent across the whole package.

One point of contact from design to construction

This approach is extended in the comprehensive partnership with TTC Group. According to information announced at the signing on 28 September 2026, the NIG–BSQUARE consortium expects to act as design-and-build (D&B) contractor on several of the group’s projects.

Mr Bruce Zhang, CEO of BSQUARE Joint Stock Company and Chief Representative of NIG in Vietnam, said the consortium’s One-Stop solution is not the piecemeal supply of equipment, materials or labour but an end-to-end service package, from planning advisory and technical standards to supply chain assurance, project delivery and investment connections. When design and construction are the responsibility of a single point of contact, the supply schedule can be drawn up together with the design from the outset.

In his view, the cooperation with TTC is more than a contracting relationship for individual buildings. “However high their quality, international resources can only be effective when they have a solid local platform in which to take root and bear fruit,” he said.

For developers, this adds further criteria for assessing a partner beyond the price offered: scope of responsibility, supply schedule, on-the-ground delivery capability and accountability after handover.
